Our team was to capitalize on the owner's history of being a successful restaurateur. This means taking the brand awareness that he had already built with his previous restaurant and converting them into leads and sales with return customers for his new food truck. My three objectives were: to create brand awareness, keep his intended audience updated, and cultivate interest to see a return on investment of a social media campaign.

Our deliverable to the client was a full-stacked social media campaign strategy document, as shown above. The value of strong customer interaction and engagement led our efforts for this strategy. We recommended that utilizing Facebook and Instagram for their specified demographics would benefit their objectives and were going to be the best ways to connect with potential customers and return customers. All of this was included in the social media brief



Research of competitors in the area for the client aided our strategy, and we looked at the benefits and harms in how each competitor was operating their own social media plan.

To give a practical outcome vision, we developed examples of what some new social media posts might look like online utilizing the strategy that we developed together.


These strategies and techniques will enhance brand image and engagement, and leave A&L Taco Truck as a staple in Grand Rapids.
